Lightweight and secure, these Citrine Honey Drops have great movement to them. The transparent sunny citrines show the structure of the fused honeycomb design behind them, creating extra sparkles and flashes of golden light. The open hexagon design is lightweight, doesn't catch on hair (even curly hair like mine) and shows the contrast of your hair/skin color behind it. They make me think of little abstract bees the way the geometry shines behind the stones.
These are created by fusing argentium silver, which is a tarnish resistant alloy. I melt the metal until just the surface melts, playing the flame over it to bond parts together. Too much and it melts in an instant, too little and the bond doesn't work. When the surface flows, it creates a lovely light molten metal texture that shimmers in the light. There are many stages of cutting, forming, fusing, hammering and soldering before the final stone setting. These have a matte molten finish to them that shows the marks of making. Each pair is unique and built to last.

Citrine Honey Drop Earrings
Argentium Silver is tarnish-resistant and higher purity than traditional sterling silver. If taken care of it will stay bright with minimal maintenance. Put jewelry on after any products such as lotions or perfumes have set, and take them off before bathing. Store in a dry location. If they get products on them, simply wash in warm water and mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cloth.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 10 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Lola Zyscovich Jewelry E-Boutique.
